White Horses of the Camargue & The Gypsy Pilgrimage

Bobbie went to the Camargue in 2005 and returned with images that have won her gallery-exhibitions, accolades and awards. Her famous "Tendre' Moment" is a classic, fine-art collectors' piece. Rangefinder magazine featured her story "Daybreak in the Camargue" October 2006 issue. Many photographers have expressed a desire in going with us to that special place in the seaside village of St. Maries-de-la-Mer... We have finally realized our dream. This time, we will be combining two, unique and exciting photographic opportunities for our participants... 4 days with a well-known team of experience guides, who will take us deep into the marshes to photograph the famous, white horses running through water in the marshes, on the beach and in various locations the public rarely has access to. We will also have opportunity to photograph the mares and foals as well as boat trip down the Rhone River to photograph dramatic landscape, wild birds and flamingos.

In September 2011, The West Redefined will join forces with renowned wildlife photographer and guide Patrick Bentley to take you on a unique photographic safari deep into the South Luangwa National Park in Zambia.
Zambia is one of the last remaining unspoiled safari destinations in Africa and the South Luangwa is its crown jewel. It is host to 60 different animal species and over 400 bird species; it is renowned for its cats, and is home to possibly the world’s largest concentration of Nile crocodiles and hippos. South Luangwa has been dubbed as one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world and not without reason. The concentration of game around the Luangwa River and its oxbow lagoons is among the most intense in Africa. -
